 A standout scorer for Cordova High School’s varsity team in 1996, Mackiewicz continued her exceptional career at American River College, where she earned First Team All-American honors and helped lead the Beavers to a California Community College state championship. In recognition of her achievements, Mackiewicz was inducted into the American River College Hall of Fame in 2020 and remains the program’s all-time leading scorer with 165 goals. She later excelled at Sacramento State, earning First Team All-Big Sky honors during an outstanding collegiate career.
